IT Senior ERP Analyst

(Sales & Distribution)

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems/processes, and recommend enhancements and optimizations
• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure successful deployment of ERP enhancements
• Provide functional/tech support for existing/future implementations of SAP SD and related modules
• Provide training and support to end-users on Sales & Distribution functionalities and best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams to review business requirements, recommend options and implement solutions
• Work with internal/external teams/stakeholders to ensure technical and quality targets are met
• Work with developers/other end users to ensure solution meets business requirements & achieves user satisfaction
• Identify new solutions and asses their relevance/potential value to the organization
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends/advancements in SAP and recommend innovative solutions

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or business related major
• Previous experience with SAP SD modules (is a plus)
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, specifically with WM, EWM, IM, PF, FICO, & MM is a plus)
• Understanding variant configurator –SAP (is a plus)
• Solid knowledge in application of IT change, release, problem, incident and continuity management processes
• Good understanding on pricing
• Understanding how customer master works
• Customer Support experience
• Team player, likes collaboration

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong prioritization skills – managing many different projects with different timelines/due dates
• Analytical, problem solver
• Self-motivated

• Annual base salary range: $90,000 - $101,000
• Bonus target range: 15-20%
